This is a little late, but it’s still January right? These are all of my favorite products that I've discovered over the last year.
Juice Beauty Smoothing Eye Concentrate
I have never used an eye cream before… and I’m still not really sure what it’s supposed to do. There’s a longer story about a bad rash, but lets just say I started using this to clear up some eczema and haven't stopped since. It absorbs quickly, doesn't melt into my eyes, and has a nice cooling effect. Juice Beauty is organic and cruelty-free and affiliated with Gwyneth Paltrow if thats your jam.
Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment
I hate the feeling of anything on my face and have never gotten the hang of foundation, but when I was looking for something to give me a little more polished and even complexion I ran into this magical green potion. This stuff turns beige when its rubbed into your skin helping to reduce redness. It works on my ghostly skin tone, but I would imagine its not so great if you have a darker complexion. I love that its very light, isn't drying or powdery feeling and it has SPF 30.
Fig + Yarrow Rose Rhassoul Clay Mask
I love this face mask for a few reason, the first one being that you can get it from target! It makes my face feel extra clean without being overly drying. I mix it with rose water but you can mix it with honey or face oil depending on what your trying to achieve. Fig + Yarrow’s products claim to be ‘raw, organic and wildcrafted” and I definitely recommend checking out their site because they make some beautiful stuff.
Glossier Cloud Paint in Puff
I really love this cream blush, it’s like finger painting on your face. I love that it has a sheer build-able color and that your can customize it by mixing different shades together. Dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic and cruelty-free!
Tatcha The Water Cream
I loved this moisturizer because it really feels like nothing on your face. It’s for normal to oily skin so it was great during the summer months but hasn't quite been cutting it during the winter on my super dry skin. I will probably buy more of this once it starts getting hot out again. Cruelty-free!
trèStiQue Lip Crayon
I’m totally obsessed with this double ended lip crayon, it’s light weight and moisturizing and the balm smells so great. I’m also a sucker for the fun packaging and the smart magnetic closure. It's paraben free, cruelty-free, petro-chemical free and made with natural ingredients and love. Who doesn't love that?
