Spring is officially here, time for all of the warm weather cocktails! Call me lazy (cuz I am), but I couldn't resist throwing together a Spanish Gin and Tonic with the same Beefeater Pink that I used in last weeks cocktail. If you are boycotting pink gin because you’re the enemy of fun, don’t worry, you can use regular gin. And, if you’re out of the loop and wondering what a Spanish Gin and Tonic is, not to worry, it’s just a run-of-the-mill G&T with a shit-ton of garnish (shit-ton is a technical term). So proceed with the classic Gin and Tonic, and then throw in any fresh herbs, flowers, citrus and spices that you happen to have on hand. The Beefeater Pink gives the drink just a hint of fruity flavor and a really pretty blush hue that I love. A high quality tonic is always a good choice, and I recommend Fever Tree. Pretty In Pink Spanish Gin & Tonic 2 oz. Beefeater Pink Gin 4-6 oz. Tonic 1 Sprig of mint 1 Sprig of rosemary 1 Grapefruit wedge 1 Star anise 6 juniper berries Pour gin into glass of your choice (I used a large wine glass because I’m fancy), top with tonic and add ice. Garnish with the fresh herbs, citrus and spices. This feels like such a spring drink to me, botanical and fresh and super easy. Here’s hoping for a sunny weekend so we can all enjoy one of these.
Cheers!

Since this position is fairly unnatural, odds are, you already know what the camera will focus on when you take a selfie like this.

If you decide to take a selfie to show off a new haircut or a new pair of earrings, make sure that you frame the photo in a way that highlights the new feature that has you so excited.
